gyoza look so-so but the ramen doesn’t look half bad. Shame you have to order the egg separate as you said. It looks like it was made for that dish.

I had the tonkotsu ramen yesterday! And 2 other people before me all ordered the same, with the seasoned egg. It was incredibly delicious and warming.

A runny egg sounds like a great addition. They should ask if you want a hard boiled or runny one with your ramen!

Ahhh you finally made it eh?

I don’t think it’s not that new, but I keep hearing about a ramen/japanese restaurant called Manmaru-ya in Campsie. Apparently famous for Tonkotsu & roasted garlic ramen – I’m going there soon to see what that’s like!

its such good weather to be eating ramen and soupsss ive been craving a lot of soup since ive been down with the cold. Another ramen place to add to my list ^_^
