As the day grows shorter and the weather gets colder there are fewer and fewer opportunities to just chill with a beer in one hand, snacks in the other and pumping some chillax in the background. I say we will not enter the Autumn/Winter without a last hurruh! (even though I love winter and drink beer all year round hee hee)

A browse through my latest addition (I heart Jamie ^^!) to my modest little cookbook collection, always ends up with me dreaming about one recipe in particular… the Amazing Pork Cracklings.
