Jonah’s – Whale Beach, Sydney.
With my backlog of posts going back yonder of months, this is a post that has managed to weasel its way out of posting until now (since Australia Day in fact). Nevertheless, my recount in this entry is just as accurate as it was only yesterday that C and I ventured through the twisty roads and scenic drive that lead to Jonah’s on Whale Beach; a secluded ocean retreat located in a residential area that is away from the bustle and stress of the city.

As we are seated by the window, we overlook the sea and fall into its captivity: it is simplistically intimate. However, the glare from the sun is unbearable and we soon find ourselves opting for a different table that is raised on a platform and overlooking the entire room, yet with the view still within our line of sight.
